- Features

Product Description:
The two parts assembled plastic flower pot is built the way its name says: a tapered body and a separate top rim ring, moulded as two components and fitted together into one pot. The body carries the colour, red, yellow, green, orange or white, while the rim stays a dark separate part, and that is exactly what you see along the top edge of every pot in the photo. It is made from PP material and under normal usage can be used for 3 years. On a greenhouse bench it belongs with the rest of our planting tools range, and the smaller sizes are the ones growers use for raising seed before plants are potted on.Two Parts, Joined at the Rim:
Look at the top edge of any pot in the first photo and you can see where the two parts meet. The tapered body runs up to the opening, and a separately moulded ring sits over that edge to finish the pot. Because the join is at the rim rather than down the side, the wall that holds the root ball is one continuous moulding, so no seam crosses the part of the pot that carries wet compost and roots. Moulding the rim as its own part also frees the colour: a nursery can take the same pot in two body colours without touching the rim profile, and the dark rim still reads as one series when mixed colours stand side by side on the bench. A one piece pot cannot separate the two, because there the rim is simply the colour of the body. If a two tone finish is not what you need, the same body shape is also available as a double colour flower pot and as a black nursery flower pot.Specifications:

Sizes and How They Run:
Eight sizes cover the range, from BP90 with a 90 mm (3.5 inch) top diameter up to BP180 at 180 mm (7 inch). Top diameter, bottom diameter and height all step up together, so a tray of one size does not have to hold the same count as the next. The small end, BP90 to BP120, is the part of the range that sits on the bench for raising seed, while BP140 to BP180 carry a finished plant. Whichever size you settle on, the packing data above is complete per carton, which is what we quote from. Pots of this type combine well with a multi-layer growing bench and with 32 hole seeding trays when both are needed in one shipment.Ordering and Support:

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What does two parts assembled mean on this flower pot?
A: The pot is moulded as two components, a tapered body and a top rim ring. The two are fitted together to make the finished pot, so the body carries the colour while the rim stays a separate dark moulding.
Q: Why mould the pot in two parts instead of one piece?
A: It separates colour from shape. The body colour can change without altering the rim profile, and the join sits at the top edge rather than down the side, so the wall that holds the root ball stays one continuous moulding.
Q: Which sizes are available?
A: Eight sizes from BP90 to BP180, that is top diameters from 90 mm (3.5 inch) to 180 mm (7 inch), bottom diameters from 60 mm to 130 mm and heights from 80 mm to 150 mm. The full carton data for each size is in the table above.
Q: How many pots fit in one carton?
A: It depends on the item number. BP100 packs 1800 pcs in a 51x51x56 cm carton at 0.146 CBM, while BP150 packs 600 pcs in a 61x46x56 cm carton at 0.157 CBM. Every size is listed in the table.
Q: How many years has your company been in this business?
A: Above 35 years. We manufacture in our own factory rather than outsourcing, and we export to more than 32 countries, including Russia, the UAE, Kuwait, Canada, Chile and South Africa.
Q: How do I pay for an order?
A: We accept T/T and L/C. The specific terms are confirmed in the contract before production starts.
Note: If you're interested in the product, please submit your requirements and contacts and then we will contact you in two days. We promise that all your informations won't be leaked to anyone.
