What to Specify Before You Order:

A research greenhouse is not bought off the shelf - it is built around the trials you plan to run. Before we can quote, tell us the type of work (plant breeding, quarantine, teaching, bio-safety), the number of compartments you need and the size of each, the temperature and humidity set points you have to hold, the light level required, and whether you need waste treatment or access control. The two photos above show a house built to that brief: a polycarbonate and glass exterior with a service corridor, and inside, rolling benches with seedling trays, overhead irrigation and heating, and separate compartments divided by partition walls.
 

Frame and Cover:

The structure is hot-dip galvanized steel pipe to resist rust, with good light transmission and insulation. The standard cover uses 8mm double-wall polycarbonate sheet and 5mm glass; where maximum light and clear observation matter, we build on the glass greenhouse models we produce, and where heat retention matters more than peak light we use the PC sheet greenhouse form. The frame, glazing and partition walls are all sized at the drawing stage to match your compartment layout.
 

Optional Systems:

Beyond the basic frame and cover, we can add the systems your trials need, all planned into the house at the drawing stage rather than retrofitted later: cooling and heating, greenhouse irrigation systems, ventilation, fertilization, shading, rolling benches, fill-light systems and automatic climate control. Each compartment can have its own irrigation zone and its own set point, so a trial in one bay does not affect the next. We also supply the complete supporting systems across the wider commercial greenhouse range.
 

What the Quote Includes:

The basic price covers the metal structures, the covering system and the installation accessories. Optional systems, benches, monitoring equipment and automatic control are quoted separately according to your specification, so you only pay for what your trials actually need. We are a manufacturer in our own factory, not a trading company, so the price is direct from the production line.
 

Delivery and Installation Support:

Normal shipping time is about one month after receipt of the deposit, plus transit from the factory. We have a professional engineer department and can send engineers to your site to guide the installation. Q: Glass or PC sheet for a research greenhouse?
A: Glass gives the highest light transmission and the clearest view into the house, which matters for observation as well as for the crop. Where heat retention matters more than peak light, a PC sheet house on the same span is the better answer and we will say so. Both are available on the same frame.
