Product Description:

The round plastic flower pot is a tapered PP pot in the standard greenhouse range, and the dark green finish shown above is the most popular choice for retail-facing benches. It is made from PP material, comes in red, yellow, green, orange and white, can be used for 3 years under normal usage, and the scientific design with first quality material gives it good permeability and ventilation. It sits in our planting tools and pots line alongside the benches and trays that hold it.
 

Reading the Dimension Drawing:

The drawing above is the key to ordering correctly. Three numbers define each pot: top diameter, bottom diameter and height, written as top x bottom x high - 90 x 60 x 80 mm for the BP90 in the drawing. The taper is not cosmetic: a wider top than bottom lets pots nest for freight and separate without jamming, the slope leans the crop toward the light at the bench edge, and the root ball slides out cleanly at transplant. Every size in the table below follows the same drawing, so one dimension line tells you the whole family.

Round Pot or Square on the Bench?

Round pots space faster on the bench and are kinder to hands at potting; square pots hold more pots per square meter where bench area is the constraint. Both drain the same way, and both pair with the drip hardware in our greenhouse drip and ebb systems section. If your program is retail facing, the green round pot photographs and presents better; if it is a propagation hydroponic and propagation line, throughput per square meter matters more.
