One Machine Can Serve Several Houses:

A movable sprinkler system puts overhead watering on rails. The standard arrangement is one work track per greenhouse, with one irrigation machine working that house; if you want a single machine to cover several houses, a converting track carries it across from one house to the next, moved by hand between runs. We generally advise one machine for no more than a three-span house, because the further it travels between houses, the more working time it spends on the rails instead of watering. To save planting area, the converting track is installed high up near the roof, where it can also carry the water supply and electrical connection together. Running Track and Converting Track:

The system consists of two parts: the running track and the main machine. The work track - a boom and circular steel tube mounted on the roof frame - is where the machine does its sprinkling, travelling the length of the house so every bed receives the same pass. The converting track works on the same principle but is built wide enough to move the irrigation machine and the inlet water rubber pipe pulley across whenever another house needs irrigation, which is what lets several greenhouses share one movable machine.

Main Machine and Components:

The main machine includes the reduce motor, roof frame, control system, inlet water rubber pipe and rubber pulley. The reduce motor is 25W at 220V/50Hz, and the main frame is welded from rectangular stainless steel pipe with an anti-corrosion treated shell. The motor drives through a three-phase matched belt wheel. Water and power are managed by an anti-water control box and a superior electromagnetic sensor, while a frequency converter adjusts the travel speed continuously from 4 m/min to 16 m/min. Control is by a long-range wireless remote controller (100mW) with strong anti-interference technology, so one operator can run the whole house from the aisle. The nozzles and the electromagnetic valves (2W, AC24V) are imported from the USA, and the rubber pipe is anti-acidic and anti-aging for a long service life.

How It Sprinkles:

The machine runs forward and retreats along the work track, sprinkling in a reciprocating pattern so the overlap between passes gives even coverage across the full width of the boom, then stops at the end of the cycle. Because the travel speed is adjustable by the frequency converter, the same machine suits heavy watering for young seedlings and lighter passes for established crops - slow the travel for more water per pass, speed it up for less. This is one of the greenhouse accessories and fittings that pays for itself quickly in labour saved on hand watering.
